New Event

Changing the type changes who the invite link is for — existing RSVPs stay saved.
RSVPs close automatically after this date.
Connects this RSVP to its Event Prep page (for the year of the event date).
Staff events aren't tied to a site. You'll get one shared link for all staff. Each staff member RSVPs by name and can add a +1; every RSVP lands in a single staff pool.
